Return & Refund Policy

All items sold by HamReady are made to order. Many of our products are customized or personalized, including call signs, names, club logos, event details, or other identifying information.

Because personalized and made-to-order items cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized products.

Sizing Responsibility

Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.
Sizing errors are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing once an order has been produced.

Production & Processing Time

HamReady is a small business, not a mass-production retailer.

All items are:

  • Ordered as blanks

  • Decorated individually

  • Produced in the order they are received

Production times vary depending on order volume and customization.
Orders are not shipped same day or next day, and processing time is separate from shipping time.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these production timelines.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Custom call sign apparel
• Club-specific merchandise
• Event-specific limited runs
• Incorrect sizing
• Errors in personalization details provided by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items.
If an item qualifies for replacement due to a production error, it will be remade at no cost.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
