  Backing Options

  No Backing (Standard Patch)

  Your patch is supplied as a finished embroidered patch with no backing or backer applied. This option is ideal if you plan to sew the patch directly onto clothing, hats, bags, backpacks, or other gear.

  Iron-On Backing

  A heat-activated backing is applied to the patch for easy application to most fabric items. For the strongest and longest-lasting attachment, we recommend stitching around the border after ironing.

  Hook & Loop (Sewn)

  The hook portion of the hook & loop fastener is permanently sewn to the back of the patch for maximum durability and repeated use. The matching loop piece is included for installation on your gear.

  Hook & Loop (Adhesive)

  The hook portion of the hook & loop fastener is supplied with an industrial-strength adhesive backing. This option is ideal for hard surfaces such as Pelican cases, go boxes, equipment cases, and other items where sewing is not practical.

  Every patch is custom embroidered to order. Minor variations in stitch direction, thread lay, and final placement are normal and are part of the embroidery process. These slight variations make each patch unique and do not affect quality or durability.
